Return period:
Return within a maximum period of (7 - 14 days) from the date of receipt, and we apologize for accepting the return or exchange request after the expiration of the period. Please check the order well upon receipt

Product Condition:
1. The product must be delivered in its original condition in good condition and without use or scratches or the like
2. The replacement or return must be in the same carton package delivered and the paper label on it. If the package for one of the products is lost, a fee for the carton value may be imposed
3. Returns for discounted items are made at the same value with the discount
Shipping Cost:
1. Shipping for return or exchange is free - and if the return or exchange is accepted, a return shipping label number will be sent so that you can follow up
Cash Refund:
1. The amounts paid are returned using the same original payment method.
2. The cash refund is made within a period of (4 - 14 working days) from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouses and its examination and approval by the warehouses.
